Storage and use of data for specific purposes

I hereby give my consent that for purposes other than making contact with me, Fritz Egger GmbH & Co. Holzwerkstoffe, Weiberndorf 20, A-6380 St. Johan in Tirol, Austria may store, process, and use the personal data that I have provided in order to provide me with information concerning products, product developments, and innovations from companies in the EGGER Group on a case by case basis as it sees fit. 

For the EGGER Group, the phrase ‘innovations from companies in the EGGER Group on a case by case basis as it sees fit’ does not imply the mass distribution of advertising material, but rather the selective provision of relevant information concerning the EGGER Group of companies and their products when this is reasonably necessary.

I am aware of the Data Protection Declaration by the EGGER Group, and have been informed that for the purpose of contacting customers, the companies of the EGGER Group  maintain a joint database with Fritz Egger GmbH & Co. Holzwerkstoffe. I consent to the use of my personal data stored there by other companies of the EGGER Group, insofar as this is necessary to inform me of products, product developments and innovations of companies in the EGGER Group on a case by case basis as they see fit.

My consent does not apply to the forwarding of my personal data to third parties outside the EGGER Group. Under no circumstances will Fritz Egger GmbH & Co, or any company in the EGGER Group, communicate data to third parties outside the stated parts of the Group unless obliged to do so by compulsory legal regulations.

Contact

I consent to Fritz Egger GmbH & Co. Holzwerkstoffe, or the companies of the EGGER Group stated above, informing me by e-mail, telephone, fax or post of products, product developments and innovations by companies in the EGGER Group.

Revocation

At any time in the future, I may revoke both my consent to the storage, processing and use of my personal data by Fritz Egger GmbH & Co. Holzwerkstoffe and other companies in the EGGER Group, as well as my consent to the sending of information by Fritz Egger GmbH & Co. Holzwerkstoffe.
