Restricted purpose data storage and use and (voluntary) consent to establishing contact

I hereby give my consent that Fritz Egger GmbH & Co. Wood Materials, Weiberndorf 20, A-6380 St. Johann in Tyrol, Austria, (or the respective subsidiary) may in accordance with their data protection declaration store, process and use the personal data (individual-related data) provided by me over and above the purpose of my contact to inform me about products and innovations of the corporations of the EGGER Group in a general or individual form. During the course of this, EGGER (of course without specific obligation) will as far as possible undertake not to send me mass advertising, but rather make selectively relevant information about the EGGER corporate group and their products available to me.

A transfer of my person related data to third parties outside of the EGGER Group is only embraced through my consent with the following restriction:

Fritz EGGER GmbH & Co or one of the corporations of the EGGER Group may only forward my person related data to third parties if they are under obligation to do so either due to compulsory legislative regulations, or if the transfer is necessary and/or appropriate for the processing of the contract undertaken, or for the fulfilment of my inquiry or respectively my other concerns. In the latter cases the third party is not permitted to forward my person related data to further third parties, also not to other contractual partners of Fritz EGGER GmbH & Co, or one of the corporations of the EGGER Group.

Revocation

I can revoke my consent to the storage, processing and use of my person related data by Fritz Egger GmbH & Co. Wood Materials and the other corporations of the EGGER Group, as well as my consent to the sending of information at any time in the future through declaration of such towards Fritz Egger GmbH & Co. Wood Materials.
